Headache After Fall. What Should I Do?

I fell on my butt while excercising and flat on my back. Wind was knocked out of my chest and I don t remember hitting my head or not. If so, there was carpet. I had to get up and take a few seconds to breathe normally due to my body weight falling on me. I have had a headache since then. Kinda like a migraine in the left back part of my head. What should I do? I am scared to sleep.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having headache following fall. You need to worry if there is loss of consciousness following injury or history of bleeding from nose or ears or headache associated with nausea or vomiting. Since these symptoms are not there no need to worry. As of now you can take analgesic drugs and if you develop any of the above mentioned symptoms you need to consult your doctor.

Thank you
