Headache, Blurred Vision, Feeling Sleepy. Taking Tylenol, Not Helping. How To Overcome This Problem?

hi ive had a pounding headache for 2 weeks now and tried tylenol and other over the counter meds for it and they didnt help plus my vision is blurry and i want to sleep all the time when i turn my head my left leg and arm go numb for at least 2 mins then i get feeling back in them can u help me or let me know what i can do

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
I would come up with these possibilities for this numbness on left side of body with headache, these includes.
1 Tumor , diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of skull . As you are complaining that there is pounding headache with numbness in left arm and leg. so chance of any tumor can'r rule out.
2 Acute sinusitis also develops such type of intense pain in head with feeling of drowsiness .Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by an E N T .
3 If your age is around 50 years then may be due to glaucoma in the eye . Diagnosis can be confirmed by examination by an ophthalmologist .
In my opinion consult a neurologist and get his opinion.
