Headache, Drinking Soda Daily. What Is The Cause And Possible Cure?

im 20 years old ! i have been have these major headaches for the past week! i dont know if its because i started drinking soda daily again! or if it because of allergies! ?? the headaches seem to be in the forehead and eye lids area ! is there anything i can do or take to get rid of these ! i try advil but it doesnt seem to work?

It is important to figureout what type of headache is causing your pain.
There are several types of headaches, called 1.Tension headaches ,2.Cluster headaches,3.Sinus headaches, 4Rebound headaches, 5.Migraine headaches.etc.
Tension headaches are the most common types of headaches among adults and adolescents,
Cluster headaches are the most severe type of headaches. Sinus headaches are associated with deep and constant pain in the forehead and nose., Both adults and childrens experience this type of Rebound headaches, The exact causes of Migraine are unknown.
Migraines are associated with symptoms such as loss of appetite and stomach of upset or abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting.

Soda water esses the symptoms of indigestion and constipation.
If you know your headache type, you can treat it correctly.
