Headache, Fever, Diarrhea, Tightness In Chest, Difficulty In Breathing

I have been having a little issue for the past couple days....Saturday I had a headache , Sunday a headache a very slight tempeture, Monday and Tuesday watery diarrha and going often, and now right now there is a tightness in my chest around my sternum area, it hurts to lay any way I lay it hurts, and I feel like breathing is difficult.....What could this be? Should I go get help

Hi,

Thank you for positing your query.

I have noted your symptoms and it appears that you have a gastroenteritis (flu) caused by a viral infection.

This condition is self limiting and would improve on own in a few days.

For relief of symptoms, you could take medications such as pantaprozole for abdominal pain/acidity and paracetamol for fever.

It may be useful to consult a general physician if symptoms persist beyond 5-7 days.
