Hi, thanks for asking in Healthcare Magic.
Your headache appears to be Migraine and the usual symptoms are throbbing headache, nausea, visual disturbances and pain radiating to eyes and temples. Paracetamol is a mild analgesic and it may not be very effective in severe migraine pain.
Specific drugs are available for treatment of migraine headache. Drugs like Vasograin or Sumatriptan are effective in terminating an acute attack. You should not take Sumatriptan without consulting your treating Dr.
But if your headache does not subside even after taking one of these drugs, then you should visit your consulting Dr because further evaluation is necessary to confirm the exact cause of your headache.
I hope this is useful to you.
