you should follow some lifestyle changes and
home remedies initially but if they dont work then u should consult a doctor for medications..
the lifestyle changes include:
1. get enough sleep of about 7 to 8 hours daily but dont oversleep
2. its also important to maintain a regular sleeping time daily, sleep daily at night on one particular time dont fluctuate it
3. avoid coffee and cold drinks and any other product which contains caffeine
