Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Head ache is a vast ocean, causes being simple tension due to anxiety , sinusitis, migraine, hypertension, and lastly some or other cerebral causes.
I advise you to consult a neurologist ,for diagnosis and treatment of the headache. You may need to have C.T.scan besides other routine tests for confermation.
Your experience of throbing and light headed ness may be due to excess of headache or due to hypertension, or some thing else.
I also advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking more of spices, chillies, junk foods, and oily foods as these may promote indigestion, and cause reflux symptoms .Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
