Headaches, Paining Eyeballs, Part Of Head Swells. What Could Be This? MRI?

Hey, I am getting really intense headaches these few months,frolm last Sept to precise, during the headache my eye balls hurt a lot n part of head swells n is very sensitive to touch. It lasts about 30min but frequency has been increasing. It leaves me terribly exhausted for more than 3 days. Should I get an MRI done?
