Headaches, Seeing Halos, Tiredness, Frequent Urination. Water Pill Taken. Treatment?

I began seeing a sort of halo and then headache . Sort of went away last night. This morning still have headache in forhead. Have been tired lately and yesterday urinated at least once per hour. I taked water pill and did drink more water yesterday than normal, but i dont feel it was enough to make me urinate that frequently.
