Heart Cath Done. Started Swelling In Lymph Node. What Is The Problem?

I had a heart AAAAAAA done on the march 1st and now my lymph nodes are swollen my doctor said it is nothing to be concerned about it just do to stress trauma is this true?

or it swells in Tuberculosis... but tb is rare thing now.. did u have cold or cough recently??
