Heart Racing, Sweating In Sleep, Lasted For 5 Minutes. Normal Test Results. Any Ideas?

I woke last night with a racing heart and sweating, it only lasted maybe 5 min and then I was fine but it did wake me up. I walk 30 minutes every day and am of normal weight for my height. I just had a check up and everything was fine, good blood pressure, good cholesterol, should I see my doctor for this. It has happened to me in the past but has been a while since the last episode

Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for your query to us.
An episode which bothered you so much that you decided to write for help should not be ignored. Racing of heart when you suddenly woke-up may be a normal phenomenon; especially when it is an early or deep sleep. But sweating is not a part of this normally.
I would recommend that you see your doctor and sort out the issue.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
