Heaviness Below Mid-back Region, Frequent Urination. Feel Chill, Tiredness. Tests Normal. What To Do?
i have been having this heaviness somewhere below my mid-back region which comes and goes and i also sometimes urinate frequently (mostly after so much fluid intake) i have done urinalysis and blood test like three times and am found to be normal with no bacteria found. I once in a while feel slight chill and get tired sometimes too. What do you suggest i do?
Do you have increased thirst along with that frequent urination? Is there increased appetite also? If so get a blood sugar profile done. Such symptoms can occur in hyperglycemia. A urine culture will help to rule out urinary tract infection. Continue to ask further queries as required. Hope this helps. Take care.
Hi, many thanks for the query! You need to do - USG (KUB), X-ray KUB, RFTs & MP. Meanwhile also get checked-up by an Orthopaedic surgeon to rule out muscular pain that can be treated with muscle relaxants & pain killers. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Drink plenty of oral fluids. Wish you a good health. Take care.
