I just finished using the rest room and I m on my period. i have been having some heavy bleeding . i wiped and a clear/ white clot possible tissue was on toilet paper. i was wondering what it was and is it normaal. A week in half ago i went to the er for cysts on my ovaries. and 2 months before i had a miscarriage and a d&c

It is not normal to have a clear white clot or tissue while having a normal period.
Since you are having polycystic ovaries, sometimes, the endometrial gets heavily built up and then sheds off as a cast which might give such an appearance.
You could have had a miscarriage again without realizing there was a pregnancy.
it would have been wise to send the tissue that was expelled for a biopsy, you would have known for sure.
As you most probably would not have preserved the tissue, please consult your gynecologist, who would do an ultrasound and necessary blood work to confirm which was the case.
