hi i am naina 34 years old and suffering heavy bleeding since my menstrual cycle started .every time heavy periods but regular.even after pregnancy periods are of the same type .my haemoglobin is now only 8.0...i feel too much tired every time after the periods.doctor prescribed me pause_mf twice a day ..is it ok.. and doctor says its my body nature of heavy periods...my height is 173cms ...what should i do..

From history it seems that you might be having Menorrhagia.
Go for 3-4 hormonal cyclical medicine course for 3-4 months after consulting Gynaec.
Afterwards your period will be normal.
