Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
200 plus blood sugar and start medicine ?
Please mention complete diabetic history ?
Newly diagnosed or old case?
From, how, many years , taking treatment?
You know that BYDUREON is
exenatide and it increases
insulin secretion from
pancreas and decreases release of
glucagon from pancreas.
It also decreases gastric emptying time from stomach.
Decreases appetite,
decreases deposition of fat in liver.
In newly diagnosed patient it is not feasible to start bydureon along insulin, so please clear all things.
ATRIAL FLUTTER found in hospital ?
It means a rapid, well organized contraction of the atrium at a rate of 220-350 contractions per minute which is considered to be a serious and potentially UNSTABLE RHYTHM.
Your query is only , that could medicines be responsible for these effects ?
NO , NOT at all.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Good wishes.
Dr. HET
