High Glucose Level, Blood Test Done And Varies Every Time. Should I Be Concerned?

I had a blood test on Saturday that showed my glucose level is 118. It s 2 points higher than 18 months ago when I was 10 pounds heavier. I also had a blood test done at my employer where it showed that my glucose level was under 100. My doctor had my blood taken today to do some more in-depth glucose test . Should I be concerned? I exercise regularly, and plan to return to Weight Watchers. Thanks.

I guess 118 mg / dl Plasma Glucose level is Fasting result. Is it true ?
