High Palpitations After Dinner Followed By Chest Pain, Bloating, Sore Arm. No Help From Nexium. Ruled Out Heart Disease. Advice
Hello, Recently I started suffering high palpitations specially at night after meal accompanied with chest pain , bloated stomach and sore arm. My doctors have ruled out heart disease, however I am still suffering , its gone to the point that I get scared to eat and sleep. Can you please suggest me. At the moment I am taking nexium for gastric and its also not working to resolve the bloat

Hi, as the cardiac problems are excluded, it appears to be the cervical spondylosis, may be associated with the gastric irritation.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperidone, antacid gel, paracetamol. and diclofenac ointment for local application.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. potato, and tomato. Thank you.
