hi Doc i have high uric acid and high ESR Level My Uric Acid Level is 12.5 (Normal Value of lab is 7) My ESR is 115 (Normal Value of lab is 10 ) MCV is 103 ( Normal value is 96) MCH is 36 (Normal value is 32) Platelets are 553 Normal Value 400 I am facing Heavy pain in my foot legs i also face short breating my ECHO test is ok Kindly Help me

probably you are suffering from gouty arthritis along with some uric acid related haematological changes. I will advice you take plenty of water atleast 4 litre per day along with allopurinol tablets initially 100 mg thrice daily. You may also take NSAIDS like diclofenac or acceclofenac along with pantoprazole to reduce local pain and inflammation.
Take an x-ray chest to exclude associated chest problems.
