Well 4-5 weeks ago, i triped over in PE and i still did physical activity for that week(Pe) i realised it was sore so i rested it for like 4 weeks and used ice gel, all that nonsence, and then on the holidays now, i thoguht it was healed and i returned to soccer training. It was fine but my ankle(not the tendents on the side of my left foot) starting feeling stiff and sore, i don't understand, when i was runnnig the 2 laps at soccer training it was fine just after training it was sore on my ankle(maybe under the bone) but it was never hurt their before and when it was sore the tendents on my left foot were sore, i dont know what to do, im going to training on monday, its sore when i run, will i be fine!
