Hit The Top Of Head, Headache, Stiff Neck, Nausea, Sinus Pressure. Do I Need To Do Anything Besides Rest?

I hit the top of my head four days ago. I didn t black out and other than a headache, I was fine. That night when it was quiet, I noticed I could hear my pulse in my ear. Since then, I ve had a headache, stiff neck , a a bit of nausea, sinus pressure, and that crazy pulsing noise. It sounds like a concussion . Do I need to do anything besides rest? Would a trip to the doctor be worth the money it would cost?
