Hole In Ear Drum. Had A Tympanoplasty Surgery. Sufficient?

Hi, this is chandan. I had a tympanoplasty surgery few years back because i was having hole in my ear drum. But after 2 years, it got damaged and again I started to face the same problem that I had before of surgery. So, my question is that surgery is the only solution of this problem or it can be treated from medicine as well and also what is the best treatment of this problem. I am eagerly waiting for your answer.

Thanks & Regards-

imediately go for ENT check, if it needs repair ,it should be done to relieve you. Sometimes spontaneous healing may occur only thing is use cotton ear plus while in bath or swimming pool, keep ears dry.if pain and tinnitus, consult doc. specialist early to prevent further loss.
recurrent damage should alert your doc.to seek for permanent repair surgeies ,if possible
