How Can I Get Control Over My Cholesterol ?
Can you tell me if my cholesterol results are good. Cholesterol: 5.6, Triglyceride: 0.9, HDL Chol: 2.7, Coronary Risk ratio: 2.1 LDL CHol. 2.5 The comments say my cholesterol is raised . Should I worry about this? Im 55 year old female. thanks :)

The cholesterol report you have is high on borderline.This is a very mild rise of unwanted lipids.You can definitely control them by proper exercise and low fat diet.Do not worry much about but be cautious on following good diet and exercise.Get them checked after 3 months and if they are still high , you can opt taking a tablet which reduces bad cholesterol like statins.
