How Can I Get Pain Management For Several Injuries And Surgeries, Including 13 Reconstructive Wrist Surgeries?

I am in need of pain management for several injuries and surgeries, that included 13 reconstructive wrist surgeries. This would be for chronic pain, do your doctors help treat situations like this? My doctor retired and this is why I am seeking other service. I have documentation of all of my injuries and I can get a list of the pain meds I am currently on.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The multiple injuries and surgeries that you are sustained will cause chronic pain.
All of them need to be managed in a special pain management center.
There are different drugs and modalities to manage pain.
The type of drug to be used depends on its intensity, its duration, and potential side effects of the drug.
Many of the drugs can be taken by self administration depending on the pain characteristics.
Chronic pains need to be managed in special pain management unit as the management is long term and requires specialization.
