my hands and legs pull. You know how you feel when you are really sleepy and your legs pull. I am feeling the same but in the whole body. Please advice ?

this seems to be like a myalgia, which s just a simple viral illness which subsides by itself by taking adequate rest. it can sometimes be associated with fever but try to avoid any medicines for the same. if its intolerable you can use paracetamol but rest is the best medicine for you. have a good health.
