How Can I Get Rid Of Gout Which Is Affecting Both Knees And No Relief Even After Taking Allopurinol?

I have pain in my left knee, which prevents me from bending or straightening it completely. I am unable to stand on it as well. Now I am feeling the same symptoms in my right knee. I also have sort of the same problem in my feet. I saw a doctor several months ago that said it was gout and put me on Allopurinol 300mg. My pain has continued though.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It is little doubtful because you have not told any thing about the Uric acid test if it is already done then get it confirm whether it is positive for gout or not but I am not convinced because your history does not support this, If I would be your doctor then I would put you on "Diclofenac" 50 mg sustain release form just one tab, in day with prednisolone 10 mg thrice a day for three days and then tapering it by one tab every after three days till the last one tab, of 10 mg remained, take care and have nice day.
