Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
You have a combination skin type, i.e the central T zone is oily and he rest is dry. This is the most common skin type.
Your facial care regime should consist of the following 3 steps: Cleansing, toning and finally moisturising.
Cleansing should be gentle without over drying e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion is a gentle neutral pH cleanser ideal for sensitive skin. Following cleansing, I would suggest using a toner, for the central oily T zone and finally you could use a non-comedogenic moisturiser, for the whole face.
Topical treatment of acne involves topical antibacterials like
clindamycin OR
nadifloxacin and topical
benzoyl peroxide for active acne. Topical retinoids are first line treatment for all grades of acne and should be applied over the whole affected area once daily before bed time. Topical retinoids also help to lighten post acne hyperpigmentation
Oral antibiotics e.g doxycycline or
azithromycin, may be started for inflammatory acne.
Once your acne is controlled you could use a
kojic acid based cream for post acne hyperpigmentation.
An Oral
Vitamin C supplement would also helps to lighten post acne hyperpigmentation
Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen, preferably gel based, at least 15-20 minutes before stepping out in the sun
Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.
Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Hope this helps
