hi, I keep getting ingrown toe nails and tinea. How do I treat this and stop it from happening? Are the two related? Thank you for any help you can give me.

ingrowing nails have a tedency to regrow the same way. All you need is to remove them as and when noticed. The infection part can be checked with haridra khand and neem.

In growing nail is always prone to infection either bacterial or fungal.So excision followed by proper treatment is must.
