How Can PCOS, Cramps With Pain And Nausea Be Treated?

Hi, I'm a 30 something female with PCOS. I get cramps A LOT. Sometmes they're accompanied by gastrointestinal fun (bloating, nausea, etc.) and they come even if I haven't eaten anything. I've been diagnosed, my hormone levels are off but the birth control pill gave me strong migraines. Last year I had a cyst rupture and the doctor said that it would heal itself. It doesn't feel that way. I'm going back to see the doctor for a follow up. Until then, what are your recommendations for dealing with the pain and nausea? Please help? i can't live like this.
