How Can Parkinson's Disease With Dementia Be Treated?

Hello dr,
My father in law is 75 years old and he is suffering from Parkinson and dementia. He is now on Syndopa 110 Half four times a day, Megacholin, Neurocetam,Ecospirin, Envas, Acitrom. He is also a hypertense patient. He is unable to walk by himself and the stiffness over the body is very much, But he has lost his speech, very rarely he utters a single word. But he is under rigourous physiotheraphy. Even his emotions on the face are missing. Rather since he was very much professionally oriented in his younger days, he gives a smile /or shows some expressions only to his colleagues are his relatives not to his kins.Pl let me if any other treatment we could give for him so that he leads an independent life to some extent atleast.
