How Can A Groin Area Mole Be Treated?

hi I have a mole in my groin area and I have had it checked by a doctor how saw nothing wrong with it, but it been 6 months now and it looks like it has cracks in it, the mole its self is still all intact but just has these crack. I sometimes get sharp and dull pain in the same area this usually is over shortly after it begins
