You seem to have inflammatory acne. Inflammatory acne is painful or itchy, red, and are pustular.
Black spot following inflammatory acne is due to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation/PIH.
Do not squeeze them because they might get pushed deeper and might leave scars and marks.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest an oral antiacne antibacterial e.g doxycycline, minocycline or
azithromycin.
They can be continued for a few weeks depending on the response and the severity of acne.
Topically I would suggest antiacne antibacterials like clindamycin 1% gel Or
benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel to be used as a spot treatment for active acne.
These are prescription products and I suggest that you visit a
dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.
Once acne activity is under control a pigment reducing agent like
hydroquinone,
glycolic acid, kojic acid may be started and that would help fade away the dark spots left over by acne
