Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are worried about eating problems. Its good that you have been able to realize that your eating and weight losing patterns are not normal.
You seem to be having a fulfilling most criteria of Anorexia nervosa. In addition, some of the current symptoms that you are having - like swelling of legs, extreme fatigue, etc. seem to be very concerning. These could be indicative of anemia, vitamin deficiencies or sometimes, even kidney problems. So, the first thing that I would advise you to do is to consult a doctor for a detailed medical evaluation. I would also suggest that you see a psychiatrist for professional help such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
Wish you all the best.
