While playing soccer today one of the players stepped on my ankle. I have pretty good mobility but it hurts when I try to walk at a normal pace and feels like it's burning inside. My ankle is not swollen, but there is a red mark and it is sore to the touch. Ankle injuries are not new to me, but the burning sensation is. Do I need to be concerned about this? Immediate treatment was ice and ibuprofen.
