Hi. I can understand the plight you are going through. History of operated stomach cancer noted. The pain in the back and the hip area with bloating of the abdomen can be due to Pelvic inflammatory disease -PID as the commonest cause . This can be due to IBS - irritable bowel syndrome. Ultrasonography to start with colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen with a good clinical examination can find the causative factor and thus can be treated. IT is better to undergo MRI of the Hips and The spine are important as there can be a recurrence of the cancer.
