I HAVE BEEN SNORTING BATH SALTS FOR ABOUT A WEEK NO, I HAVE SINCE STOPPED AND DO NOT INTEND TO EVER USE THEM AGAIN. MY QUESTION IS CAN THEY OR DO THEY CAUSE CAKER SORES IN THE MOUTH. THE DAY AFTER I FIRST TRIED THEM I GOT A CAKER SORE. NOW A WEEK LATER I HAVE THE ALONG THE SIDES OF MY TONGUE AND BITE LINE THEY ARE VERY PAINFUL. IS THIS A COMMON PROBLEM.
Yes, snorting bath salts can cause sores in the mouth. For quick healing, take vitamin B complex supplements. Avoid smoking, hot drinks and spicy food items. Rinse your mouth frequently. Be careful while brushing your teeth to avoid any injury to the sores. These will be gone in a couple of weeks.
Best wishes.
