How Can Ear Infection, Diarrhea, Etc, Be Treated With HIV?
46 yr old male, HIV+ for 12 years, off meds since June, viral load now 72K - within last week has had left ear infection, pinkeye in right eye, and smelly diarrhea with nighttime incontinence. Low appetite, no fever, stomach cramps from bloating and growling stomach

Your ear, eye infection and diarrhoea are to be treated just like a HIV negative persons. As of now I can suggest Start taking Oflaxacin (200 mg 1x2 , Metronidazole 400 1x3 and ORS for diarrhoea and add Cefixime 200mg 1 x2 for ear infection and Olaptadine Eye drops for pink eyes and see your Eye , ENT specialist at earliest.
