How Can Heart Palpitations Caused During Physical Activities Be Treated?
First of all I would like to apologize for any grammatical error because english is not my first language. Anyway iam 24 years old male. 6 feet aprox 80 kgs weight. I am having a problem of fast palpitation for the last 2 months and it usually happens while climbing especially stairs. the palpitations last for about two minutes and then I am back to normal.
I use to run for like 3 km daily and now this palpiation is effecting my stamina as well as my sex life (my heartbeat becomes fastes during sex and my timing has reduced from 30 minutes to 5 minuts only). I went to the local hospital and they conducted an ECG test which was perfectly fine.
Any idea why is it happening? and please suggest a way to avoid this problem. thank you.
hi, Most probably this is psychological, normally there is increase in heart with any physical activity. Now probably your has increased and this is given uncomfortable feeling and affecting your activity. So next time you get palpitations measure your heart rate or pulse rate. Then we can decide whether they are normal or abnormal. Also get your hemoglobin tested. And I guess you don't smoke. Anyway there are good medicine to control if you need it.
