How Can Heroin Withdrawal Symptoms Be Controlled?

I am a recovering heroin addict of twenty years in addiction..I have been injecting heroin for about 3 weeks, although have just had 6 days off all drugs...i was feeling ok and then bang in the space of two mins, my skin feels like i have dry eczema under the skin of my whole body, i am very very cold and also shakey, i also have numbness all over including pins and needles, and lastly a thirst i can't quench - can you please advise

Heroin is opioid and high addictive potential.

Need proper De addiction plan for complete abstinence.

Treatment including

Detoxification by opioid agonist like bupenorphine. It is helpful to reduce withdrawal features and work as anti craving.

Symptomatic treatment of withdrwal features.

Motivational councelling and supportive psychotherapy.

Family and social support is must.

Indoor treatment is advisable.

Consult psychiatrist or De addiction center for better assistance.
