Dear Kabita,
For the burning in the toe region, we need to rule out
peripheral neuritis. Please get your blood sugar level tested. Also mention if there is any swelling and pain in the great toe along with the burning sensation? The burning sensation could also be due to the gumpho (
corn) which is at the same location.
When was the last time you got your BP checked? apart from the ayurvedic medicine are you taking any other medicines?
Homeopathy has solution for all the problems that you are suffering from,(it would help in reducing the recurrence of the corns) but we would need a detailed case history inorder to prescribe the correct remedy for you.
Kindly visit an experienced homeopath for the same.
In the meanwhile----
1) Put your feet in warm water, everyday and apply cream on the hardened surface.
2)Wear foot wear which is soft and gives you feet proper support. Avoid wearing chappals which have a hard base.
3) Get your Blood sugar levels and sr Uric acid levels tested
4) Minimize the intake of salt, papad, pickles etc., in your diet .
