hi doctor i m rreshma frm andhra.i am 21 and my weight is 50.8 and height is 5.1'.i am trying to lose two more kilos because i m short,tel me cn i do fr it and should nt gain again i was 55 two years ago now i m 50.8 i had prbkms wen i was 55 bt i am happy they hav controld now.i hav pimples too frm which i am unable to get rid off.since i am short i am thinking of loosing two more kilos.i hav farewell party in a week to wear my outfit i hav to loose two more kilos pls help meeeeee

hi reshma...you need start exercising like brisk walks/ swim/ jog/ dance daily for 1 hour..eat small meals every 2-3 hours..ragi/ oats porridge for breakfast, fruits, nuts, sprouts, egg whites as mid meals..salad with lunch .. keep dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/ fish/ chicken.. avoid roti/ rice at night.. for a clear skin drink lot of water, coconut water, fruits like papaya, watermelon, grapes, oranges.. almonds and walnuts..avoid fried, sweets and junk to reduce pimples..sleep well..

As per standard chart,your standard weight at the age of 21 yrs and at height 5.1 should be between 42 to 55 kg which is in your case is quite normal,off course it is maximum of normal.so nothing to worry.
take less fat and carbohydrate in your diet.
take more green veg and salads.
less use of ghee,butter and cheese.
to reduce wt within a week as per your wish is not possible.
