If the size of the mole is small, not increasing in the size , no discharge from it, no pain.. then you need not worry.. but any one of the above symptoms is present then you mus get the mole excised... if the mole is not trouble you then lea it.. consult a dermatologist..Hope I have answered your question..

u have scratch it
okay ,now u must apply plain antibiotic cream over it
avoid sun exposure
it may lead to scar or dark spot
chance of reoccur is high
better to consult dermatologist
