How Can My Mother Who Is Diagnosed With Osteoarthritis Lose Weight ?
my mother is 50 years old she is having osteoarthirities from last 4 years. and she had been on treatment with pain killers and some steroid like depo medrol for 4 to 5 sessions now still she is pain and she put on weight she is abese now her weight is now 85 kg before she was 70 kg so pls can u give us a right advise. thanks

as far as osteoarthritis is concerned , total knee replacement surgery is the only treatment. all other drugs r just symptomatic to reduce pain temporarily .
