I have a very oily skin and so i m having acne problems. My acne usually increases during my periods. Also, I my profiles includes excessive usage of cell phone ( for which I normally use my left ear), I have more acne on my left cheek as compared to my right cheek.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on your face and you have oily skin as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. For inflammatory acne you should start with one of the oral antibiotics like Azithromycin or Minocycline.If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin . Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant oncw a week to remove dead skin.
