Hello, I am sorry to hear you have been trying so hard to loose some weight. I know it can be tough. Daily workouts for an hour are great and won't go unnoticed by your body even if you can't see any results yet. However, I would suggest you try a different diet approach. Counting calories most often is not necessary. Have you heard of a plant-based diet? You being an eggitarian, this might be great for you. Or the Pegan diet, a mix of vegan and paleo. All I am trying to say is that calorie counting can be easily misunderstood. If you eat little calories but the "wrong" ones your body will store every single one going into starvation mode. There are of course many other reasons possibly keeping you from loosing weight. Stress and hormonal imbalances are often involved. Do you have any resources to reduce stress as a start (besides your sports program)? f.e. meditation or progressive muscle relaxation(PMR). If you can, you might want to consult with a traditional dietitian or a functional nutritionist, they have some very modern insights to share. All the best to you! Take care!
