Hi welcome to Health care magic

Irritation of the eye is because of allergic condition of the eye.
Ocurest contains phenylalanine ephtime and it is a decongestant. It causes whitening of the eye by causing vasoconstriction of the blood vessels, but it's action lasts only for 3-4 hours. Hence the redness comes back.
Hence you need to get definitive treatment for the underlying cause for permanent relief.
