Hi & Welcome. I can understand your concern for the blood drug screening test.
Incomplete data: For how long you have been taking Tramadol, Vicodin, Nor tab & Hydromorphone? & When did you stop taking these medications?
Propoxyphene is an opiate analgesic used for the relief of mild to moderate pain. Since, Tramadol, Vicodin (Acetaminophen & Hydrocodone), Nor tab & Hydromorphone are opioid drugs used for the same purpose could have caused a positive blood test for opiod like Propoxyphene.
You need to stop taking these medications at least 1 week before the schedule blood drug screening tests.
