Dear Dr., I'm 24 years old. I have red blood mole since I was 6 years old. I have a red blood mole every one year of sometime 2 years. But, I don't have red blood mole when I was 19 until 24. However, last month I saw it again on my sagging lower lid. And this mole causes a lot of blood if it cut by something accidentally. Now, this mole also cause me nose blooding without any reason. It think this mole caused by breaking one of the blood vessel.

Sir, what can I do to remove this red blood mole? can I remove it permanently?
