Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your complain you have a problem of abdominal pain with fever that may be because of infection.
• Do a stool examination test to check infection present or not.
• Do complete blood cells count.
• Proper antibiotics course helpful in infection condition.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
• Physical examination and history give the exact idea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
