How Can The Fat In My Stomach And Below Breast Area Be Reduced ?

hi i m 34 ur old , unmarried girl, slim in looks and entire body, height 5.5 it seems that my body below the breast area till stomach seems to be fatty nowa days. my weight is 45 kg. what can be the reason behind the same? i m doing yoga to cure this surya namaskar etc , is this ok?

How is your diet. You probably are having relatively more diet for your activity. You need to avoid fried food, junk food, oily food, fatty food, colas. Eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do daily brisk walking for 40 minutes. Get 6-8 hours of sleep a day. Get your thyroid hormones checked and if periods irregular then you may have hormonal disturbance. Consult your Doctor in such cases.

It looks like you are having what is called as pear shaped distribution of fat. It is normal is people. I suggest you do crunching exercises with cardio exercises, reduce carbs and fat.
