How Can Type 2 Diabetes, High BP And Underactive Thyroid Be Treated?
I am 54 years old with type 2 diabetes, High Blood pressure and underactive thyroid. I have started having these white spots on my tongue that is very painful. The whole top of my tongue hurts. What can cause this? I have noticed chips and salty items make it worse.

These tender white spots could be apthous ulcers.They could be secondary to vitamin deficiency more prominent in diabetics.Tab Riboflavin and methylcobalamin can help to cure these ulcers or spots.Maintain your blood sugar within normal range of 70-110 mg%.High blood pressure can be treated with antihypertensives like ace inhibitors like metoprolol will help to reduce the blood pressure.Treatment with thyroxine can help to correct hypothyroid state.Consult your doctor for further queries.
